With 35 years of history in the town, brothers Joe and Pat have a proven track record of building quality homes in St Andrews, the surrounding areas and Edinburgh. Their commitment to building bespoke homes and thriving communities has seen previous developments recognised as Development of the Year on several occasions, including in 2023. As the originator of the vision for the expansion of St Andrews back in 2000, Headon have long been championing excellence within St Andrews West.
S1 Developments are an Edinburgh-based firm, owned and led by brothers Dan and Shane Teague. Since 2007 they have been successfully delivering exceptional residential and commercial developments across new build and conversion projects. Resulting in recognition as Scottish Housebuilder of the Year (less than 150 units) most recently in 2023. Having joined the project in 2021 they are bringing their expertise in project management and construction to make the vision for St Andrews West a reality.
