St Andrews West are pleased to announce that Simply UK have submitted their planning application for a 70 bed care home within St Andrews West. The new home will be run by Morar Living providing a broad range of care. Simply UK aim to to complete the builidng for the first residents in Autumn 2023 subject to obtaining planning consent.
