We are proud to announce that Phase 1 at St Andrews West has been shortlisted in the prestigious 2024 Homes For Scotland Awards. The development has been announced as a finalist in the Medium Development of the Year (26-99 units) category, and will also see developers Headon S1 St Andrews West be in contention for Home builder of the Year – SME.
Following last year’s awards success for Headon and S1 Developments, the partners in Headon S1 St Andrews West, the nomination is testimony to the fantastic and innovative development being delivered at St Andrews West.
The awards will take place in person at the EICC on Friday 17th May 2024, with winners to be announced at the event.
