St Andrews West has been enjoying a range of recognition recently, reflecting the ambitious nature of the development and its success in meeting those aims. Success has come through a Quality Recognition Award for the site; as well as a nomination in the 2025 Homes For Scotland Awards, with winners to be announced shortly.
Firstly, S1 Developments were awarded a Quality Recognition Award for their work at St Andrews West. A QRA is awarded in recognition of consistent quality workmanship and site management, with the site scored over a 6-month period on these factors.
As a winning site, St Andrews West will now be included in the longlist for the Excellence Awards with the shortlist finalised over Summer and the winners announced at the awards in October 2025.
This comes as St Andrews West is also nominated in the 2025 Homes For Scotland Awards with winners revealed at their 25th anniversary Annual Lunch taking place at the EICC. The development has been nominated in the Private Development of the Year Medium category, in recognition of the design focus and placemaking that is key to the strength of the development.
