HeadonS1 is delighted to have its St Andrews West development recognised as Development of the Year (1 – 50 units) at the Premier Guarantee, one of the UK’s leading providers of new homes warranties, Excellence Awards 2025.
The award is based on strict judging criteria where categories such as the quality of the workmanship, site management and health and safety are regularly critiqued by Premier Guarantee Inspectors.
This UK wide award is hugely prestigious and is the first time it has been won by a Scottish based builder since 2019.

The Premier Guarantee Excellence Award was presented at a ceremony in London last Friday with The Townhouse at St Andrews West awarded the Best Family Home (Large) at The Herald Property Awards in Glasgow last Thursday.
Both awards follow a Homes for Scotland Commendation for the Best Development earlier this year and Scottish Home Awards Small Housing Development of the Year in 2024.
